CUT-TO-SIZE
“Cut-to-Size” is a great option to save time and money. Gravotech can manufacture custom fabricated shapes made to your specifications. Rectangle, circular, oval, and most other special shapes. Plastic or metal sheets. The options are endless!
 

FINISHING
In addition to Cut-to-Size, you also have finishing options.


Beveling is the cutting of an attractive angular edge to create a border. We use a standard 45-degree bevel angle. If you require a different angle, our fabrication experts would be happy to assist.
 
To accommodate your mounting needs, we offer hole drilling in plastic or metal sheets. Holes are positioned according to your specifications.
 

BACKING
Adhesive backing can be applied for applications like badges, nameplates, strips, sheets, and more. Adhesive backing is applied before cutting the material.

 
The magnetic backing can be applied for applications like the temporary mounting of info tags on metal shelves. The magnetic backing can be applied in plates, strips, and sheets.
 

ROUNDED CORNERS
Gravotech offers a wide selection of radial and decorative corners.

 
BENDING
Plastic materials (except Phenolic) can be bent into a stand-up display sign, badge, etc. Maximum length of the bend is 20” (500mm)
 
 
BADGES
We can custom fabricate your plastic or metal sheet badge. Specify: shape, size and material, fastener, fused, cemented or bonded hardware, rounded or square corners, finished edges.
